The CIAb is located in a unique and singular building, which is protected and is part of the heritage of the city of Albacete. This space has become a national benchmark in the field of water, sustainable development and urban water cycle management.

An infrastructure that integrates a new laboratory space, developed by HibLab, which respects and enhances its links with water, the environment and sustainable development.

The more than 205 square metres of this new space have been designed taking into account the aesthetics of the centre.

Above all, following the line and applying the AdHoc curved laboratory furniture solution that characterises HibLab.

The new laboratory meets the needs of the users of this emblematic centre that will host multiple annual visitors to educate and teach about the process of water interpretation.

In the modular laboratory spaces, we can find different laboratory areas, among which we can find:

  • The micro centre
  • The instrumental area
  • The chromatography room
  • Sample reception
  • Multipurpose room

These rooms are divided with unique technical walls with curved shapes that together with the laboratory furniture merge to create a flexible and innovative visual communication.

HibLab proves the ability to offer specific interior architecture solutions to projects of research centres of excellence that require a previous.

Above all, exhaustive consultancy-labplanning work for an excellent result.

Designing and executing projects of all-in-one laboratory space projects, in an innovative and unique way, encompassing multiple facilities and complex procedures combined with the development of flexible, safe and efficient AdHoc solutions throughout the entire lifecycle, is the core know-how of HibLab’s philosophy.
