HibLab has been excellent, managing to design a functional laboratory within the established schedules and budgets

A couple of years ago and with the aim of providing support in the field of new drug development and especially in clinical research of new therapeutic modalities such as gene or cell therapies, CTI decided to set up a highly specialised laboratory with the most cutting-edge and advanced technologies. 

Thus, this new laboratory has more than 2000 square meters and will have services that include bioanalysis of clinical samples to monitor drug levels throughout the clinical trial, and will also provide technological support in areas such as molecular biology and cellular assays.

The result of these efforts is a fully functional high complexity laboratory that will move medicine forward

Our European flagship laboratory in Bilbao, Spain. A beautiful 2,200 sq meter facility designed and constructed by HibLab. This state-of-the-art facility is capable of performing safety-of-care testing, comprehensive bioanalytical services, sample kit construction sample processing, bio-storage and cellular and molecular testing for clinical trials.

Taking our learning from our North America project, the leadership experience of Dr. Nerea Leal (managing director of CTI Labs Europe) and securing the expertise of HibLab – and their dedicated team at engineering/design/facility/architecture experts, we have completed this facility on time and on budget.

The projects we wanted to execute had a double complexity; on one hand, achieving a modern, functional, technically advanced and visually attractive space for the Quality Control Laboratory, and, on the other hand, to create warm, comfortable and welcoming spaces, with an aesthetic in keeping with the times, for the meeting rooms, management offices and company canteen.

A laboratory project with an avant-garde design, spacious, functional and very bright

HibLab has been in charge of the construction of the new Microbiology laboratory at the Hospital. This company has been in charge of all the work necessary for the adaptation of an open-plan space. From the initial stages of design, project execution, construction and installations to the furnishing of the new laboratory.

An excellent result of planning, design and execution of laboratories

The comprehensive refurbishment project of the Clinical Analysis Laboratory at the University Hospital of Jerez de la Frontera was a real challenge. We are the largest laboratory by number of samples in the province of Cadiz and coordinating all the work (laboratory furniture, masonry, air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, etc.) without stopping the routine of the laboratory, became the fundamental part of the project.

During the process of choosing the supplier and the design of the proposal, HibLab always acted proactively and professionally, providing ideas and suggestions that adapted to our requirements, demonstrating a great knowledge of the design and needs of laboratories.
