Functional laboratories without stopping innovation
Thanks to the accumulated experience of the Wesemann Group, this laboratory was renovated integrating the highest demands in ergonomics, safety and energy efficiency. At HibLab Solutions, we represent this international knowledge locally, adapting it to the specific regulations and needs of our clients in Spain.

One of the keys to success has been modular engineering, carefully adapted to the structure and conditions of the existing space. This solution not only optimized the use of the available area, but also facilitated future adaptations without compromising the functionality of the laboratory space.
Another challenge overcome was the need to intervene in a building in operation without interfering with the customer’s critical processes. To achieve this, a phased execution and precise coordination between the technical teams was designed, ensuring that scientific activities could be carried out normally throughout the renovation process.
Tailor-made solutions for demanding processes
The laboratory incorporates AdHoc developed fume cupboards, with double-opening access enclosures that improve both safety and operability. These types of solutions, designed in collaboration with the customer, provide a competitive advantage in high-level scientific environments.
Likewise, height-adjustable aerial service systems were integrated, improving ergonomics and allowing the adaptation of workstations to the needs of the research staff. This solution, therefore, has a direct impact on the efficiency and well-being of the team.
In addition, specific instrument tables were developed for Sanofi’s pharmaceutical processes. These tables, in addition to being flexible and functional, are prepared to accommodate high-precision equipment without compromising connectivity or stability.
Finally, the laboratory furniture was completely custom-designed. This total customization responds to the customer’s internal workflows and the fulfillment of the most demanding technical requirements, consolidating a highly specialized environment prepared for the challenges of the future.
