This benchmark healthcare infrastructure stands out for its state-of-the-art technology and its excellent teaching and research capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project was developed in 2nd integral phases (support service areas, virology laboratories, PCR areas, serology, cold chamber, etc.) for the execution and adaptation of spaces and facilities for Microbiology laboratories. In addition to equipping the entire space and laboratory furniture, space divisions and technical walls have been designed to integrate all the scientific facilities, in order to materialize and reflect the concepts of flexibility, ergonomics and visual continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference room for clinical sessions with a capacity of up to 60 people is particularly noteworthy, with the installation of a mobile partition in this last room in order to make efficient use of the space when the capacity is smaller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strategic distribution of spaces and combination of materials allows both fa\u00e7ades to provide the laboratory with natural light, giving life and comfort to the activity within these laboratory spaces. As daylight falls, the reflective activity begins, for which we have played with the colours of the walls and the artificial light in the offices, generating unique spaces of reflection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result is a new concept of <a href=\"https:\/\/hiblab.com\/en\/laboratory-design-labplanning\/\">laboratory spaces<\/a> full of light, colour and shapes, which merge the different areas into a single space and which will be able to adapt to changes in processes and the integration of new future technologies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HibLab has carried out the execution of the comprehensive refurbishment of more than 500 m2 of new laboratory spaces in the Microbiology Service of the Gregorio Mara\u00f1\u00f3n General University Hospital in the Community of Madrid.
