The new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wesemann-ag.ch\/Referenzen\/DE_index_3079_4408.html\">DSM-Firmenich<\/a> Research and Innovation Building in Kaiseraugst (Switzerland) is a clear example of how architectural design, laboratory planning and technology can be seamlessly integrated to create high-performance, collaborative and sustainable environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wesemann-ag.ch\/DE_index_1000.html\">Wesemann Schweiz AG,<\/a> this project is today an international benchmark in the design of scientific campuses and sets the standard for the services HibLab Solutions is now able to offer as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wesemann.com\/EN_index_1000.html\">Wesemann Group.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#009d9c\"><strong>Flexibility, safety and modern laboratory standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the project\u2019s key strengths is <strong>its long-term flexibility.<\/strong> The laboratories and workspaces have been designed to adapt to future changes in uses, technologies and equipment\u2014an essential requirements in R&amp;D environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The building integrates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open laboratory spaces to foster synergies between teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specialized enclosures for highly complex technical equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible offices and work areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advanced and highly secure technical infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All these meets <strong>demanding technical specifications and high safety standards,<\/strong> which are fundamental in scientific and pharmaceutical research environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#009d9c\"><strong>Comprehensive project management and on-time delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was managed in an integrated manner, from the initial building permit application through to completion.
