We strongly believe that the excellence only has place in stimulating, well formulated and designed environments, prioritizing the needs of the people / users of the laboratory; what we call projects from inside to outside (from IN to OUT).
Applying the definition of the laboratory environment we must take into account the Soft Factors, essential aspects for the planning of the spaces where we work and research, considering that they contribute to the welfare of the individual.
The light, the temperature, the acoustic, the smell and the rest of the parameters must be pleasant and beneficial for the people in order to successfully fulfill their activities.
The soft factors not only contribute to our welfare but also encourage the creativity and well cohabitation between the people. According to this main purpose, the parameters are organized in different categories and subcategories:
All these factors are complemented with two more factors-matter and form- that need to satisfy all requests from other parameters.
