Interior architecture design. 3D Render vs. Reality

12 Feb, 2022

HibLab, as a company at the forefront in the design and integral development of laboratory spaces, has the capacity to integrate 3D render technology in the visualisation of its projects as a methodology for innovation.

The recent incorporation of technological tools has allowed us to take the design of the interior architecture of laboratory spaces to another level. We offer the possibility of reproducing and presenting the design of projects through photorealistic 3D digital images; RENDER 3D.

3D renders are photorealistic digital images that allow us to virtually project and communicate a project to our clients prior to its execution, providing the possibility of visualising finishes and making changes with greater precision and focus.

HibLab uses this advanced technology to bring its projects to life. The ability to visualise any project before its execution allows the use of texturing techniques of different materials, the application of a good lighting system and a distribution adapted to the needs of the laboratory space.

The 3D render places us in the space and the environment giving it a great realism and helping the receiver to connect and communicate emotions and sensations.

Below, we show RENDER 3D vs. REALITY images of some of our laboratory space projects:

Endless possibilities in terms of finishes

The visualisation of a project in RENDER 3D allows the laboratory user to compare multiple possibilities in terms of materials and finishes. Checking the final result in a render helps to reflect more accurately what we want to achieve.

Incorporating a library of real materials has helped us to have a higher quality in the finishes and therefore the resemblance with reality increases.

Animated virtual tours

In addition to being able to make a fixed 3D rendering image, the technological tool we use allows us to make animated virtual tours, to virtually walk through the entire laboratory space and live an experience that our clients value highly.

By applying movement to the camera, we can create a sequence of the space we have designed and, in this way, show the client a complete video of all the rooms that make up the future execution work.

Personalised product design

Having the ability to virtually visualise laboratory furniture, fume cupboards, technical divisions and other products and solutions from our wide range helps us to better personalise our own project and make the 3D rendering as realistic as possible.

Designing and even building, based on virtual images, is a huge advantage for achieving a good result in the final project of laboratory spaces.

HibLab continues to make great strides in the introduction of new technologies to add value to its projects.
